TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Blue Prairie Bed and Breakfast is an adults-only destination.
   
• No smoking is allowed in the guest suite or on the Bed and Breakfast premises.
   
• Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

CURRENT AVAILABILITY

The Availability Calendar shows which nights our Bed & Breakfast is booked and which nights it is available. Find the open time period you want then call us at (812) 936-3000 to make a reservation. Online reservations are not offered at this time, so please call us and talk to a real live person for more personal service.

RESERVATION DETAILS

• Check-in time is normally after 3:30 pm and no later than 8 pm, and it must be arranged in advance with Blue Prairie Bed and Breakfast. It is important to call us if you are going to be late. Unlike motels, etc., we do not have a front desk staffed 24/7. Please be thoughtful and contact us as soon as you know any changes in arrival time so that we can be available to check you in.
   
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon local time.
   
• 50% deposit due at the time of reservation.
   
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
   
• Personal checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations canceled more than two weeks before the reservation date will result in a refund of the deposit, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total lodging charge.
   
• Reservations canceled within two weeks of the reservation date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless the guest suite can be re-rented for the time period originally reserved. If the guest suite can be re-rented, the original amount of deposit, minus a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total lodging charge, will be refunded.
